What makes it an ensamble?
An ensamble brings together more than one agave variety. Ours combines Espadín and Tobalá. The expression is made by Don Rogelio Juan, whose family’s mezcal-making practice is rooted in San Juan del Río.
Ensamble or Espadín Capón?
Choose Ensamble when you want to spend time with its fruit, herbal and nutty notes. For a different profile, explore Espadín Capón: it uses Espadín agave, is bottled at 45% ABV, and works beautifully both neat and in cocktails.
Try them side by side to discover which aromas and flavors you prefer.
