Shipping policy

Alcohol orders are fulfilled through AccelPay’s retailer network. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options, availability and charges for your order.

Timing

For in-stock orders, AccelPay’s published guidance is fulfillment within five business days, with ground delivery typically taking another three to five business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Pre-orders follow the dispatch date shown on the product page.

You will receive tracking information after your order ships. Check its progress through AccelPay’s order portal.

Delivery

An adult aged 21 or over must be available to receive alcohol orders. Alcohol cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Availability varies by destination and product. See AccelPay’s delivery guidance.
