Elevations refer to the towns, not the cellars or agave fields. The route illustrates the connection between places. Illmitz is the provisional Austrian origin, pending confirmation for this release. Elevation sources: Illmitz municipality and INEGI. Map: Natural Earth.

CONTACT
What’s in the bottle?

66.6% Espadín and 33.4% Tepeztate. Eight months in Caucasian oak casks that previously held Austrian TBA sweet wine, followed by nine months resting in glass in an underground cellar. 750 ml. 44% ABV.

How should I serve it?

Neat, at room temperature. A rocks glass brings the agave forward; a cordial glass softens the edges and emphasizes caramel and oak.
